The design of the space started from a light base; light grey walls and Volakas marble flooring.

Then, carefully added in black industrial element, a dramatic light fixture at the dining area set a sophisticated punch to one of the most often used space. The selected sofa and throw pillows in the living room added some colour into the space, enough to show a vibrant mix of old and new element in a modern farmhouse.

Natural wood tones added much warmth into the space yet emphasis the characteristics of a modern farmhouse. Several colour tone of wood are layered in the space such as the living, dining & master bedroom.

Layering of wood element are also extended into the master bathroom. Wooden look alike tiles are arranged in herringbone pattern as the featured element, besides the customize vanity with different kind of knobs.
