This 3,600sqf three-storey terrace house has an eight-metre high ceiling, the homeowners wanted to put in a mezzanine study area, as part of their home’s renovation.
To create the new study area, the second floor mezzanine was extended with a structural glass floor and balustrade was added over the living area.
The couple’s love for music, art and culture is reflected in their home, done up with rich and bold colours, as well as a mixture of prints and patterns. There is also a trendy loft-like feel in the home, with an open layout and interesting furniture and decor pieces.
A departure from the bold colours in the common areas of the home, a black and white theme and classic style gives the master bedroom a distinctive look.
In order to be irreplaceable, one must always be different
